At Bedell Frazier and Capital Planning Advisors, our mission has always been simple: provide thoughtful, objective guidance for our clients throughout every season of life. As the wealth management landscape evolves, we believe the best way to protect that mission is to strengthen what supports it behind the scenes.

That’s why we previously joined the Bluespring Wealth community – a group of independent, planning-focused wealth management firms that work together to share knowledge and resources. Over time, we’ve benefited from a strong partnership with Bluespring, grounded in shared values, a client first approach, and a long term view of how to build a firm that lasts.

That’s why we’re excited to share an important update: as a next step in our partnership with Bluespring, Bedell Frazier and Capital Planning Advisors will begin operating under a newly launched Registered Independent Adviser, Bluespring Wealth. The launch of the Bluespring Wealth RIA ushers in expanded compliance functions alongside the legal, finance, and HR infrastructure Bluespring already provides to support firms like us. At Bedell Frazier and Capital Planning Advisors, we pride ourselves on taking care of our clients. And under Bluespring Wealth, we will be equipped to provide enhanced service and capabilities to support your financial journey.

Regulation, technology, and client needs are always evolving, and this update is designed to give our team more capacity and flexibility behind the scenes, so we can stay focused on long-term planning and growth. The Bluespring RIA structure provides a more complete operational foundation to handle the full range of back-office demands so advisors can spend more time with clients.

We want to be clear: your day-to-day experience with us should not materially change. This update is primarily about how we’re structured and supported, giving our team more capacity and flexibility behind the scenes. Put simply, this allows us to spend more time focused on you and to continue delivering the high quality advice and service you expect.
