Rich is a Paraplanner, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading and advising small businesses across a wide range of industries. Throughout his career, he has developed a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving and a deep appreciation for the financial challenges and opportunities that individuals and families face at every stage of life. As a member of the advisory team, Rich supports clients with comprehensive planning and thoughtful analysis, helping ensure they receive clear guidance and attentive service.
Rich is passionate about helping clients make thoughtful, informed decisions and believes that successful financial planning starts with listening, education, and trust. He draws on a wide variety of life experiences to help clients clarify their priorities and implement strategies aligned with their long-term goals.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. He recently completed the UC Berkeley Extension Certificate Program in Personal Financial Planning and passed the CFP® Certification Examination, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and ongoing education.
Outside of work, Rich currently resides in Berkeley with his wife, Julie and loves going hiking and skiing.
