George is the Chief Operating Officer for Bluespring Wealth Management. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations to keep everything running smoothly, including processes, systems and tasks with the team. His focus is on improving efficiency, implementing strategy, managing growth, all while continuing to promote a client-first approach. George is a driven and client focused leader with experience in real estate, private investing, telecommunications, and high-technology industries. George has led teams in both start-up companies as well as large publicly traded organizations, regularly leading new product and expansion initiatives. His strong operational and process-oriented approach enables solid and predictable results from the teams he has led throughout his career.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California, George has managed several successful real estate investment funds for accredited investors. Additionally, he owns and operates a successful real estate firm.
George earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Aquatic Biology from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University with a concentration on strategy and international business.
Outside of the office, George enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, scuba diving, golfing, and anything that allows him to spend time with his grandkids. He is actively involved in leading his son’s Boy Scout troop on campouts and various other community activities.
